Kum Nye

Kum Nye is a deep inward personal practice of connecting with yourself in the mind/body practice of restoring energy in the harmonious practice of breathing, massage, postures, movement exercises and meditation.  This Tibetan practice often referred to as the first form of yoga, release of blockages and negative holding patterns in the body while opening up channels for the fluidity of energy to flow and restoration to the whole self.

This form of Tibetan yoga creates a foundation of inner wellness that expands outwardly in ourselves and in relationship with others and our environment.

Group or  individual practices of Kum Nye are available through on-line classes.
